  • THE DESIGN PROCESS

  • Information Gathering Meeting
    Whether you, the client, have an idea of what you require or not at all, our commitment to you is that we see your design as a collaboration. We collect as much information as possible from you before we begin the design. This would include an initial logo meeting to discuss your ideas, your target market and uses for the logo. A look at your pre-existing design work will give us an idea of your taste in look and feel. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, colour swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style. We strive to make the process simple and flexible. We can structure price depending on whether you may need to see more concepts or if you need extra logo designs, for uses.

  • Design Stage
    All artwork is CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU (your style and needs), inspired by the information gathered in the initial stages of our collaboration. The standard turnaround for logo design is 14 days, once a deposit is received.

  • Client Approval
    We communicate with our clients throughout the process. This includes approval of colours and fonts and then presenting the logos to the client at the black and white stage and again at colour stage. Once final approval has been received from you the work is submitted for print. Once in production the job may not be cancelled.

  • Delivery of Art-Work 
    On completion of work and receipt of final payment, we will supply the electronic files to you by e-mail, WeTransfer, Dropbox or CD. This includes a VECTOR file: eps, jpeg, png and ‘clipart-type’ word file. This artwork can then be used for any of your branding e.g websites, stationery, brochures for future use or updates. Your artwork belongs entirely to you, however in case you may lose any documents, we will file a copy of your project.

  • Charges for Graphic Design Work 
    We strive to give you the best value for money and are flexible depending on your needs and the specifics of a job. We can discuss a way to accommodate your deadline, however a rush fee may be added.
